Wild Game Dinner with Holy City Brewery Pairings

We are kicking off the New Year with our 2nd Wild Game Dinner! This is a dining experience featuring 3 courses of Wild Game Dishes including Venison, Quail & Wild Boar with distinctive preparations and sides plus dessert all prepared by Chef Jimmy Owens. The dishes will be paired with Holy City Beers who have worked with Jimmy in selecting the right matches. These dishes are being prepared exclusively for this dining event. Reception begins at 6:30pm with the meal starting at 7pm.
